While walking around Togoshi Ginza, one of the guests got sick and took her to the hospital.

The staff told me that she can not receive medical consultation unless there is a person who can speak Japanese.
Guests can not speak Japanese, of course.
But she can speak English.
Doctors can not speak English?

It was good because it was not a big disease, it was gastroenteritis.
